Installation:
Ensure weapon is cleared and safe.
Remove grip.
Hold the screw in the desired forward or rearward position of the grip screw slot.
Use the screw as a guide to insert the grip stop into place.
Ensure the grip stop is installed flush with the screw hole.
Re-install the grip.
